Professional with 13 years of performing in IT Infraestructure and Project Management using PMBOK and Agile Methodologies and extensive experience SAP Security and Authorizations, Computer Networking, IT Field Services Management with based on ITIL Methodology. I’m graduated in Information Systems by Cenecista Faculty of Varginha (2012), Post-graduate degree in Computer Network Management (2014) and MBA in Project Management (2015) by the university UNIS / MG. Moreover I could work in large and multinationals companies, acquiring by these companies a wide range of knowledge in the IT field and involved in international projects with teams from Netherlands, EUA, Germany, India, Argentina, Mexico, Peru and Chile. I'm always learning about soft skills and therefore I try to improve those skills such as interpersonal communication skills, build relationships in different cultures, leadership and ability in people management and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
