As a qualified engineer with extensive experience in senior leadership, I specialise in building and uniting cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and tangible solutions to complex technical and commercial challenges. I am a proven leader of growth and change: In the progressively influential roles that I thrived at over 15 years with TAIT I was consistently trusted with increasing strategic responsibility and was key to driving the necessary transformation as we scaled, organically and through acquisitions, from fewer than 50 people to over 1,400 globally. I establish a base platform of trust, clarity of mission, vigorous collaboration and mutual accountability to motivate and drive high-performance teams of diverse experts, which I have accomplished both with co-located and globally distributed teams. This is underpinned by my agile and adaptive leadership approach, coupled with broad engineering and technology competencies, commercial and business acumen, intellectual curiosity and analytical rigour. This has enabled the teams I have grown and led to profitably deliver an evolving portfolio of ambitious and bespoke projects, providing end-to-end technology solutions to the live entertainment industry across the globe, and successfully nurturing long-term collaborative relationships with a wide-ranging customer base.
