University was my escalator, having met my predicted A Level grades I was offered a place to study Psychology at Reading University. Instead, I stopped off at the Event Management department on Level 1 and haven't looked back since. I started as an apprentice Venue Search Assistant at the age of 18 and have worked in various project management roles for leading agencies. Post pandemic, a new era of online events and joining options emerged. And with it, a brand new department dedicated to the perfecting of such experiences, built from the group up by myself. Organised, planned and like my father, highly opinionated - what's not to love! My aim is to one day, release a self help book titled "The Escalator Theory" with 2.7% of the proceeds going to my Father.
