About Alistair Ross

I am a consultant at Rocket Science, a policy and social research company that helps third sector and public sector organisations bridge their knowledge gaps and evaluate their services. Through providing advice and expertise on service design, delivery and evaluation, we help organisations better meet the needs of their service users. I have worked across social research, market research and journalism, leveraging research and evaluation tools to get to the heart of issues and ideas. Having worked with clients across different sectors and continents, I am a believer that collaboration and innovation are key to getting the most out of research projects. At Rocket Science we work across four main areas: employment and skills; health and wellbeing; poverty and welfare; and charities and civil society. Providing consultancy support and advice across these areas for more than 20 years has positioned us well to understand intersecting issues and have a holistic view of the third and public sectors.
