With 18 years plus in Aviation, Freight & Catering with Qantas and DNATA. I have strong interest in health and fitness. Currently since 2017 owner operator of F45 Gladstone Park, Melbourne. I am a functional coach at F45 and day to day operations. 17 years with AFL, supporting players post game recovery. game day preparation and general well being at all levels. 18 years + working for Qantas in Freight and Catering. 10 years + working as an Operations /Duty Manager and both Qantas Freight and Qantas Catering managing large groups of staff and ensuring the Day of Operations ran smoothly.
