With an extensive background in Sports Training and Massage with 20 years + working with professional athletes in the AFL with the North Melbourne Football Club and now the Gold Coast Suns Football Club along with 20 years + in Aviation, in Freight & Catering with Qantas and DNATA and currently with the Gold Coast Airport. I have strong interest in health and fitness. In 2017 my wife and I opened our own F45 Studio, F45 Gladstone Park in Melbourne. Here I worked as a functional coach training and guiding our clients to reach their fitness and health goals along with working behind the scenes doing and day to day operations of a small business and administrative tasks. 20 years + working in the AFL, supporting professional athletes with post game recovery. game day preparation and general well being at all levels. 18 years + working for Qantas in Freight and Catering. 10 years + working as an Operations /Duty Manager and both Qantas Freight and Qantas/DNATA Catering, managing large groups of staff and ensuring the Day of Operations ran smoothly, rostering casual staff where needed, work cover and return to work tasks. Currently working for the Gold Coast Airport as a Terminal Duty Manager. Role involves Duty Manager of daily operations or Duty Manager of Customer Services. Both involve large responsibilities in safety, security and day to day operational requirements which are need to run an airport successfully.
