As a Front Desk Manager at Home2 Suites by Hilton Louisville South, I oversee all day-to-day front desk operations, ensuring quality service, brand and policy compliance, and guest satisfaction. I have successfully implemented brand standards and best practices, created and updated SOPs and job aid materials, and trained and supervised front desk agents. I am also available to handle guest and employee issues on an on-call basis and fill in any uncovered shifts. I am a motivated problem solver who believes in constantly finding a way to do things better. I have strong passions for LGBTQ+ inclusion in the workplace and embracing modern technology to improve employee satisfaction and productivity. I have also demonstrated a priority on guest experience, contributing to the revenue and profitability of the hotel. I am an avid reader, traveler, and theatre goer, and an alumni of the International Thespian Society. I am always eager to learn new things and take on new challenges in the hospitality industry.
