About Alix Orlinsky

I am currently a graduate student in the Sport, Exercise, and Performance Psychology program at Barry University, where I am expanding my knowledge of the mental and emotional aspects of athletic performance. With a strong foundation in kinesiology and psychology, my focus is on helping athletes enhance their mindset, boost mental resilience, and improve motivation and well-being both in and out of competition. As I continue my academic journey, I am eager to apply evidence-based techniques to foster positive mental health and peak performance across all levels of sport. I'm always looking to connect with fellow professionals, mentors, and peers who share an interest in the intersection of performance psychology and sports. I earned my Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University’s School of Public Health, majoring in Kinesiology with a minor in Nutrition. My passion lies at the intersection of mental health, sports, and building meaningful relationships, and I am dedicated to creating environments where individuals can thrive authentically, both mentally and physically. As an extroverted leader and skilled communicator, I am highly organized with a strong work ethic. I am committed to making a positive impact on the athletes I work with and strive to create spaces where they feel empowered to reach their full potential, both on and off the field.
