About Alix Royer

As a seasoned personal coach and psychologist, I work at various levels: personal & systemic, psychological & existential, contents & process, conscious & subconscious & superconscious. Coming from a strongly left-brain dominated approach, I shifted my focus towards a balance between cognitive and emotional intelligence: without a good heart, a smart head can become a dangerous weapon. Through therapy, counseling or coaching, I facilitate people in freeing up their full potential by resolving trauma, depression,(work- and personal life-related) stress, and other issues. Transforming old, subconscious beliefs that block growth and accomplishment is a core skill. Clients describe me as wise, to the point, working from 'tough love', safe and challenging, fun. After 25+ years of combining personal client work and assignments in mid-sized and large corporations in a variety of industries, I have chosen to dedicate the last phase of my career to working with those who really yearn to make the transition from surviving to flourishing. My intimate knowledge of the business world me an ideal match for people working in the corporate world. I am fluent in Dutch, English, French and German, and work both online and offline.
