About Alixe Fox

With over 20 years of work experience in various fields, I have developed a diverse set of skills and competencies that enable me to excel in my current role as the Company Owner and Lead Instructor of a Performing Arts School for Adults, and now also youth. Our company mission is to re-ignite the flames within each of our members, via modern drums and modern/lyrical dance, and to foster an inspiring, supportive and inclusive community of students to facilitate their path to becoming better at their craft and ultimately as performers. I am motivated by the opportunity to share my passion and expertise in these art forms, and to empower my students to express themselves, grow, and have fun. I value teamwork, collaboration, and feedback, and I strive to create a positive and engaging environment for my staff and students. My extensive experience across several departments of small and mid-sized businesses has deepened my expertise, knowledge of understanding of the needs of companies and level of excellence required to succeed. My involvement with non-for-profit groups, schools & organizations further expands my breadth of skill. This includes: production & operations management, managing national sales and key accounts, import/export management & logistics, product design and development, merchandising, advertising, marketing, public facilitation & engagement, public relations and public speaking. I work closely with executives, owners, committees and team to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of projects, and to maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. I also leverage my skills in facilitation and presentation to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, such as municipalities, town halls, public forums, and steering committees. I enjoy working in a dynamic and creative industry. I also enjoy both the education and health sectors and I am always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
