I’m a Software Quality Analyst with a strong foundation in communication, organization, and data-driven thinking—skills developed as an educator and now applied in the world of software testing. As a former teacher, I developed a deep understanding of how to manage complex workflows, analyze data for performance improvement, and communicate clearly across diverse groups. These abilities that I’ve utilized also in QA. In my current role, I focus on manual and automated testing, writing and executing test cases, tracking bugs, and working cross-functionally with developers, product teams, and stakeholders.
