About Aliyah Keeso

I've always been passionate about helping others and have enjoyed pursuing scientific courses. When choosing a program to study for my undergraduate, I was drawn to Kinesiology because it allows me to combine my two interests with a focus on preventing and treating illnesses and injuries associated with mobility. I'm in the final co-operative term of my undergraduate. I'm a hard-working individual who can interact and perform well in team environments, communicate with others, ask for clarification from my peers when necessary, and remain open-minded to new challenges in the workplace. I'm excited to gain more hands-on experience in the Kinesiology industry and further develop my skill set. During my free time, I like to spend time with my friends and family, staying active through exercise, reading, travelling, and listening to music. I'm especially fond of the outdoors, whether going on hikes, doing outdoor activities, going to the beach, or taking my dog for a walk.
