About Aliza Chambers
In 2020 the world shut down and most of us were social distancing from friends and family. During that time I found my passion, photography. I started taking pictures of nature since that was about all I could be around and I found out that I wasn't terrible at it. In August 2020, I became a freshman at Troy University and brought my camera with me in case the inspiration came. Shortly after being at Troy, I started taking pictures of my friends at intramural sports events and it motivated me to work for the school newspaper, The Tropolitan. I really enjoyed it and after a year, my photo editor encouraged me to go for the my first real photography job which was being a student photographer for Troy University. I am now freelancing with Troy University and with Glossy Finish. Photography is my passion and I would love to work for an organization full-time documenting sports.
