With over nine years of experience in finance and logistics, I am passionate about optimizing inventory management and ensuring compliance with best practices and policies. I facilitate and support high-scale inventory counting, reconciliation, and reporting activities, as well as conduct regular reviews of operational processes and workflows. I also leverage my coaching and communication skills to supervise and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, 3PLs, and operational teams. I have successfully implemented improvements and turnarounds for highlighted workflows and enhanced inventory accuracy and policy compliance. I am motivated by the challenge of finding solutions for complex inventory and compliance issues and delivering value to my organization.
