Experienced Director International Business Development with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. Skilled in Negotiation, Business Planning, Sales, Data Center, and Market Research. Strong sales professional graduated from University in Ljubljana, Faculty of electrical engineering. Through years of sales experience, I have gained experience in selling products, solutions and services to customers and strategic partners in the domestic and foreign markets. In recent years, however, I have gained experience in a company with its own production and product development, as well as with Infrastructure projects, where in addition to sales, the strategy and conclusion of consortium forms of cooperation are important, as projects are of larger size and value. Among the strengths I consider responsible tasking, as well as exceptional organizational skills, which are witnessed by entering new markets and setting up business entities and employing competent staff. The projects I am currently implementing are intertwined with project management as well as purchasing activities, where I also involve subcontractors and local suppliers, especially in foreign markets. Planning and forecasting the procurement of production materials play an important role in my work. In addition to the above, I also appeared in the preparation of strategic documents, business plans by industry, go-to market strategy and other important activities in the development of the company. I also gained experience in reporting to the Supervisory Board and business owners. In recent years, as a Sales Manager, I have been proud of the management and leadership of my employees as a Sales Manager, where I also spent several years coaching the annual assessment and development interviews.
