Design, develop and migrate applications into cloud, Retire Legacy applications, Re-engineer business processes using Agile Scrum, Kanban and Scrum Ban Framework. Drive consistent project delivery including definition of plan, scope, schedule and delivery of value to ensure required functionality is delivered on time and within budget. Define a product roadmap and drive execution in a highly agile environment and continually shifting priorities. Perform Gap Analysis, Impact Analysis, Change Management and Release Management. Elicit and Translate Requirements into Features and further break them into User stories with well-defined acceptance criteria Document, Manage, Own and Prioritize Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog and Release Timelines. Create BPMN (Business Process Modeling Notation) to visualize and specify dynamic aspects of the system and represent stakeholder’s requirement. Develop conceptual wireframes/Screen mockups to visualize and communicate user Interface, functional designs and report specifications requirements. Assist documentation of test plan, test scenarios and test cases and Perform functional and UAT in the maintenance of quality standard of the project. Document User guide/Training documents to help end user navigate system/new functionality. Participate in Production Support activities- troubleshoot issues and root cause, documenting issues and propose business improvements to mitigate future occurrences. Write SQL queries to retrieve data, validate requirements, replicate production issues and influence product decisions. Facilitate and Participate in PI Planning Readiness Meetings, PI Planning Meeting and Program Backlog Refinement Meetings, Scrum Meetings (Daily Standup, Backlog Refinement, Demo and Retrospective) Accept and/or provide feedback and improvement ideas on the work done by Development Team. Identify Risk and help formulate Mitigation Plan, Identify dependencies and co-ordinate them with dependent team on ask and timeline, escalate them when needed. Exhibit Lean Agile Leadership, guide team progress towards team goal, facilitate scrum ceremonies, support product owner to manage backlog, eliminate impediments, promote SAFe quality practices, protect team from uncontrolled expansion of work and assist team in PI Planning, System Demos and Inspect and Adapt. Support and participate in the formal reporting of project and commitment status to project stakeholders and leadership.
