Over 15 years hands-on experience in the area of flow cytometry in Clinical, pre-clinical and diagnostic clinical laboratory setting. Familiar with multiple flow cytometry platforms planning, designing, developing, implementing and executing novel cell-based assays, translating data analysis, reviewing data for errors, verification, validation, evaluation and interpretation of data and reports. Knowledge of statistical analysis of data. Extensive tissue culture experience in developing primary cell cultures and maintaining establlished mammalian cell lines in culture. Experience in immunological applications, immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry, western blotting, ELISA and multiplex assays. Experience of having worked independently in developing and executing specific cell-based assays for performing immunophenotyping, immunoassays, antibody titrations, phospho-protein assays and DNA analysis on patients blood, bone marrow and solid tissues. Knowledge of handling clinical samples and lab safety plans. Experience working with CROs as study director, designing, planning, implementing, managing and executing projects and meeting deadlines. Worked in a GLP laboratory, written several SOPs and performed assay validations. capable of working independently, detail opriented, team spirit, trouble shooting and problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills. GOALS: My goal is to relieve the suffering of patients. I wish to contribute significantly to the development of novel biotherapeutic and diagnostic tests for use in patient care, welfare and management that will help to significantly improve the quality of life of patients and their families.
