I call myself an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with a passion for motivating and fostering the development of people holistically in the learning environment. As a trainer, educator, and intervention specialist, I help people excel in today's fast-paced, competitive business environment while being able to identify and address areas for improvement My strong interpersonal skills always help me build a rapport with trainees to encourage open communication and by maintaining a positive and motivational attitude throughout the training session I create a positive and supportive learning environment for my trainees. I have expertise in creating training programs that are tailored to meet the needs of the trainees and the organization. keeping in mind the changing needs of the trainees, as well as modifying the training methods and techniques based on the audience and situation. Skillful in creating and delivering engaging and interactive training programs by using a variety of training methodologies and teaching techniques such as storytelling, role-playing, games, case studies, discussions, and simulations. My pieces of training include Voice and Accent training, team building, Goal setting with an emphasis on SWOT analysis, conflict management, skills training on time, and stress management.
