About Alla Stepanova

I have been working as an FNP in a thriving Family Practice in South Florida since 2018, blending conventional and alternative medicine, with focus on active listening, lifestyle modifications, natural supplements, educating and empowering patients to be active participants in their care. Human bodies have innate ability to heal when placed in right circumstances and when toxic triggers are removed. Prescription medications and timely acute interventions also have a crucial role in healthcare. Blending western and functional approach is key to wellness. As a former trauma/neuro, and medical/surgical ICU RN, who transitioned into primary medicine FNP role, and later developed interest in functional medicine to help my own family heal after all conventional medicine interventions were utilized, I feel that have a very wide range as a healthcare practitioner and that’s where my strength lies. I speak English and Russian. Having moved from a different country as a young adult and having worked in different industries such as hospitality, childcare, etc. helps me be more relatable to people from various cultures and different walks of life.
