Innovation: Educated in Innovation and Design Thinking, I have held many intrapreneurial positions at Procter & Gamble and The Coca-Cola Company. I have given birth to successful customer solutions, consumer product, shopper-based designs and platform business models. I am inspired by the opportunity to invent and commercialize the next big product and/or service. Operational Excellence: Being a professor and practitioner of Supply Chain Management, I have the mastery in the field of operations. Among other techniques I lever Lean/Six Sigma in all that I do to produce the best quality at the optimal cost to delight customer, consumers and shareholders.
