With that perspective I have large experience working with:* Definition and implementation of strategic and operational goals and measurement of progress accordingly.* Evaluation of business potential, strength and weaknesses in new business areas as well as start-ups.* Supply chain design and implementation from scratch to rolling deliveries.* Implementing and maintaining the required organisation to fulfill the strategic targets.* Reaching the goals working as a team. Since 1997 I have been working with the challenge bringing electronic products to the marked in nearly every market segment from medical devices to supervisory systems for the utility sector. I am passionated understanding and supporting business ideas with large potential, and have a good understanding on how to differentiate from the competitors in the market field. I am passionated and ambitious with my work and like to work together with people aiming higher every day. I like to achieve results through people and have a good feeling for the persons who reports to me. I am an extrovert person with a very high credibility and trough that I have a large impact on the people I interact with.
