By shutting my mouth and actually listening to my clients concerns, doubts and desired outcomes, I help create a solution to best provide the desired outcome. Whether that is by completely customising a service package specifically for that need or customising and selecting the correct equipment or machinery that I know will provide the best solutions and will improve the bottom line of those companies & organisations I work with. This is achieved by - Listening and then listening and the listening some more. Then by asking lots of questions and having in depth conversations to ensure I completely understand the problem before providing a suitable solution- taking time to understanding clients needs - Wise purchasing (Buying right, not always cheap, rarely is cheap the best solution) and get what is needed to deliver the required results - Customised finance packages - Customised Maintenance Plans (Keeping teams productive)- ongoing after sales support A little about me. I have always been technically minded and keenly interested in how Equipment works and how to get the most out of every piece of equipment I have purchased. I have been buying, hiring and selling equipment that provides solutions for companies for over 15 years. Due to my experience in the industry i realise not every situation is the same and each project has its own challenges and nuances. However, there is normally a solution for every problem, if you are willing to look. I cut my teeth in the golf industry where I customised golf clubs to suit all different types of players from weekend hackers to top amateurs and I understood very early that the right equipment makes a huge difference to the end result. This mindset and knowledge helped me in the Hire Industry were I carefully matched and selected equipment to overcome problems. The hire industry gave me a great understanding of the pressures of working on projects in the civil and construction industries. And how making a bad choice of equipment in the early stages will cost you big bucks down the track. This helped me understand the value productivity plus the massive cost and inconvenience of downtime due to faulty equipment, poorly selected equipment or poorly maintained equipment.
