About Allan Feldman

As a client program worker, I’ve had the privilege of supporting low-income families, newcomers, seniors, and youth in navigating complex systems to access the services they need to live independently and with dignity. Whether assisting with housing applications, conducting stress management workshops, conducting referrals to third parties or facilitating one on one support, I’ve seen firsthand how timely and compassionate support can make a lasting difference. In this work, I’ve learned that success doesn’t come from simply providing information—it comes from building trust, simplifying systems, and following through. That means actively listening to each client’s unique situation, making thoughtful referrals, and ensuring no one falls through the cracks. It also means being responsive, organized, and deeply aware of the community resources available—from city services and social housing supports to employment initiatives and youth engagement programs.
