Patient Care: I am a board-certified Internist with 25 years of post-residency clinical experience in private practice and academic healthcare facilities. Clinical experience included 17 years as an Attending Physician in outpatient internal medicine, urgent care and specialty (infectious disease related) clinic, inpatient care in general medicine wards, CCU and ICU, and medical consultant for surgical and research functional areas. Attending Physician role included leading a team of residents and interns for inpatient care, coordinating nursing care and teaching Physician Assistant students. Presently seeking opportunities focused primarily on direct patient care rather than clinical research. Administration: Highly experienced as executive staff in medical devices and diagnostics with 15 years of leadership in medical diagnostic & device clinical study design, management, strategy, implementation and safety analysis. Clinical development included coordinating a matrix of multi-specialty clinicians and researchers. My focus is adding value to healthcare through strategic direction and implementation of novel medical products and services that fill unmet medical needs and ensuring the developed products are appropriately placed and utilized beneficially in the marketplace by patients and physicians. I have successfully owned and operated a medical practices.
