Background

About Allan Graves

For the majority of my managerial life, I have been leading and building remote teams. I am able to effectively leverage and lead across cultural boundaries and across time zones. I have successfully orchestrated large organization transformations to better utilize available resources, implement modern industry standard development practices, and drive developer productivity. As Steve Ballmer used to chant,"Developers, developers, developers!"My focus is not just internal - I regularly work with Fortune 500 customers to help close sales, increase product satisfaction, and develop solutions. I have interfaced with all levels of the chain, from Senior Executives to the guys trying to save the weekend on the ground. I have built and delivered products across multiple teams that requires uptime of online diagnosability, and other highly available enterprise level features. In the course of my time in the industry, I have navigated many architectural models, from client server all the way to cloud and microservices. I have developed change management practices, and continue to use industry standard tools to drive both developer productivity and quality.Remember, there is no Spoon - let's work together to obliterate the next hard problem you have.
