Over 34 years of diverse construction experience. Over 24 years of management positions with international companies building both DoD and DoS projects: USAF Airfield Construction management (start to finish), administration of 24 hr. Airfield Joint Operations Center, construction of US Consulate in Guayaquil, Ecuador. During US Consulate project I occupied several positions including: Site Superintendent, Security Systems Technician (temporary TSS), Security Manager, and Health/Safety Manager for demolition of old building, placement of pilings and all phases of new construction. Construction of MSGR US Marines Residence (both MSGR and Consulate buildings are Forced Entrance Ballistic Resistant, Seismic Zone Constructions, start to finish). Most recent projects include: Project Manager of Chief of Missions Residence Seismic Renovation, Quito, Ecuador (start to finish), Construction Manager at Fort Meade Base SPL Renovation, Maryland, USA, Project Manager for Marine Security Guard Residence, Montevideo, Uruguay, and Project Manager for Marine Security Guard Residence, Santiago, Chile. Currently Project Manager for SABER at Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida. Diverse construction experience includes: building and erecting 400 ft radio antennas, marine construction of sea walls, docks and deck (air assisted, PADI AND SSI certified), house construction (USA and EC), furniture fabrication, construction of Kodiak Airplane Hangar, construction of refrigerated warehouses, Management of wide variety of heavy equipment including maintenance and troubleshooting of earthmoving equipment, cranes (up to 200 ton), Bidwell paving machines, water well drilling rigs, most shop tools, generators, etc. Production of 4x4 accessories and Rhino lining installation.
