About Allan Lyon

As a recent graduate with a Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, I am passionate about pushing the boundaries of innovation in aviation and space exploration. My academic journey has equipped me with a strong foundation in propulsion systems, spacecraft systems, and aerodynamics, and I am eager to apply these skills in real-world applications. Throughout my studies, I collaborated on projects that challenged me to think critically and solve complex problems. Highlights include designing a supersonic compressible fluid flow simulator in Matlab and propagating a theoretical satellite orbit including gravitational perturbations. These projects honed my technical expertise and strengthened my teamwork and communication abilities. In addition to technical knowledge, I bring an insatiable curiosity and a drive to contribute to cutting-edge advancements in aerospace technology. I am particularly interested in hypersonic systems as well as spacecraft system design. Now, I am seeking an opportunity to join a forward-thinking organization where I can contribute to groundbreaking projects and continue growing as an engineer.
