Subject Matter Expert in test process, Principal Test Manager within the Scotland and Northern Ireland business unit of CGI. Experience covers functional and non-functional (performance, usability, infrastructure, data migration) testing, traditional (Waterfall, V-model) and Agile (Scrum) lifecycles. I recognise that risk drives testing and that risk mitigation is key for any successful test strategy. Key activities include- Creation test strategies for large complex programmes- Providing test expertise for proposals- Test management activities for multiple projects- Providing test consultancy services making recommendations for improvements- Supporting and managing the test activities of multiple projects across large programmes, working closely with clients and third party suppliers- Providing mentoring support.
