My mission is to develop and maintain lasting client relationships by delivering leadership, unique risk financing solutions, and captive services to help clients successfully arbitrage their risks. Marsh Captive Solutions is the leading global captive promoter managing over 1,900 risk entities globally, with more than USD$73 Billion in premium dollars,$120B+ in captive surplus and having formed ~500 captives in the last 4 years. My risk management experience includes complex property & casualty and health & benefits insurance program design and negotiation, enterprise risk management, loss control, claims management and captive services including feasibility, formations and management. I'm responsible for leading Marsh's Captive Solutions' education & business development for the Western USA as well as the Senior Relationship Manager in that geography. I also sit on numerous domicile captive association and captive client boards and speak at many captive and non-captive conferences. I am also a licensed insurance & surplus lines broker in property, casualty, life, and health & surplus lines in Arizona, and a non-resident license in most other States.
