I am a Project Manager for New Product Development (NPD, NPI) Projects. I enjoy working with Project Management and Leadership - and are at the same time fascinated by technology. My career to Project Management is through several positions such as R&D team leader, Project Engineer, Design Engineer and Product Support Engineer. It has given me the network and insight of how to maneuver in the company matrix project organization. I thrive with the Project Milestone Model from startup to closure. I Execute, Motivate and Challenge, and I communicate to internal and external stakeholders. I manage highly complex product and OEM projects with a Global footprint in an Integrated Product Development setup with R&D, S/C and Marketing at various locations. My Project experience covers New Product Development (NPI) Projects, Quality Improvement projects, Cross Site Resource Ramp Up and Organization Competence development where the project model cannot be used as is. Since 2009 I mainly managed global product projects with Asia and EU/US involvement. In 2011 to 2013 - I was expatriated to Beijing, Peoples Republic of China – supporting the buildup of China Project Office Specialties: Facilitation, Coaching, Leadership competences, Situational Leadership, Cultural aspects, Project Management, Organization Management, Change Management, Empowerment, Power Electronics and Digital Control Systems.
