Currently, as the Global Performance Lead at Biogen's International HQ in Switzerland, I am responsible for driving change of the global D&L team (50 people in 7 teams around the globe, looking after 90+ markets, 150+ shipping lanes, and 50+ partners) and ensuring financial discipline around an 85M+ budget – delivering a 13M+ p.a. value. Specializing in industrial engineering and management (MSc.) and global supply chain management, I hold certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and a Certified Scrum Master. These qualifications enable me to optimize processes, drive efficiency, and deliver tangible results. I take pride in my ability to mentor and help others, empowering them to reach their full potential. With a focus on driving positive change and a passion for mentoring, I enjoy making a lasting impact on personal lives or businesses. I have a proven track record of positively changing lives through mentoring relationships.
