About Allen Amsler

After graduation from the University of Florida in 1987, I joined McCrory Construction Company as an Assistant Project Manager in their Columbia, SC office. I have held various titles with McCrory during my career. In 2003, partners and I purchased the business and I became President and CEO. As our leadership team has grown, I am now the CEO and Chairman Of The Board.McCrory is a Commercial General Contractor and operates throughout the Southeastern US. Clients include Lexington Medical Center, Palmetto Health, Providence Hospital, Westinghouse Nuclear, Duke Energy, Keer America, TTI, LSR, GE, Pregis Films, USC, Publix, Walmart Stores, JC Penney, Belk, KJ's, Harris Teeter, Estates, Dewberry Capital Corporation, US Development, Edans and Avant, Colliers, LCK, Pulliam, Peace River Electric Cooperative, Fairfield Electric Cooperative, Rappahannock Electric Cooperative, Santee Cooper, Edisto Electric, Setzler & Scott, AgFirst, Carolina First, BMW, Blanchard, Shealy Electric Wholesaler, Choice Hotels, and many others.In 2010, Governor Haley appointed me to serve as her Chairman of the Board of Directors for the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control and served for seven years. I am currently or have been involved in several charities as a board member including Special Olympics SC and the Humane Society, National Kidney Foundation serving South Carolina as well as Hootie and the Blowfish Monday After the Masters. I am a current member ABC Carolinas and serve as Board Chairman.
