Early in my career I was focused on workforce solutions, finding the best talent available to help customers succeed in their respective industries. We overcame many challenges but there were still gaps in and limitations to the services we could provide. Technology changes everything around us at such a rapid pace and we too must adapt and develop new skills to remain relevant in this digital world. Singapore has been a staunch champion of technology upskilling and many have benefitted from programs such as SkillsFuture (SSG) to acquire new skills for their job roles or new careers.
