About Allen G.

An engineer at heart, I enjoy working on an issue to find a great solution. Today I apply that skill to real estate in the Colorado mountains. It's a tough job - much more difficult than one might think! But it's a fun job and very enjoyable when we see someone find a dream home, buy it and then see them there enjoying it.I enjoy working on many different areas. I find myself most happy when learning new things, writing about topics or processes, creating something new or improving an existing business process. Overall I am an analyst or engineer by nature - solving problems seems to be my essence and I truly enjoy taking a problem and working toward a solution that surprises the person.I have worked in the technology field for 20 years and am now working as a consultant in the real estate industry.My technical training helps me to process business challenges and opportunities in a logical way - thus the steps are normally in order. This also helps me with analysis of investments for our clients.
