About Allen Haggerty

Military veteran and have 10 years of law enforcement experience and currently have a top secret clearance. Spent 6 years in the United States Air Force as a Security Forces member. Stationed at Seymour Johnson AFB in Goldsboro, NC for my entire 6 year career. Deployed in 2013 to Al Udeid, Qatar for 8 months. My duties were to protect personnel and property, search all personnel workers entering the installation along with vehicles. Deployed in 2016 to Bagram, Afghanistan for 7 months as a heavy machine gunner. I was attached to the Security Forces unit as a Quick Reaction Force to respond to any and all threats to the flight line and surrounding areas. Worked with Army units outside the wire along with foreign allies on missions on multiple occasions. Recipient of the Army Achievement Medal while in Afghanistan and also the Air Force Achievement Medal while on deployment. I have received many awards over my career and certifications. I'm very experienced in law enforcement, de-escalation techniques, interviewing, weaponry, report writing, computer programs such as excel and word. I graduated from the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in Glenco, Georgia in 2019 and currently am a Federal Police Officer and Mt. Weather Emergency Operations Center in Bluemont, Virginia and have been working here since October, 2018.
