My career has been focused on improving outcomes for patients. I loved my days as field paramedic in a progressive, busy suburban environment. I moved to education to teach the next generation of caregivers. It's always wonderful to run across my former students and see where their career has taken them and how they impact patient lives. I was honored to lead an amazing team in Montgomery County, Texas. We helped lead the industry to understand the importance of data and performance improvement.
