About Allen Nisius

I am a supply chain professional with a combined 10+ years of experience in inventory management and supporting operations. My responsibility focuses on the maintenance programs and lifecycle for approximately 900 total delivery vehicles and MHE across 30 national distribution centers. I help operations by reducing costs and increasing efficiencies through the projects I implement. Some examples include: • Realized in savings through avoidable expenses in first year after rightsizing material handling equipment. • Conducted RFP and integrated with new Fleet Management Partner for better visibility to maintenance spend and improved turnaround on registration services for delivery fleet. • Increasing driver safety by sourcing and coordinating the implementation of after market ADAS systems in over 250 vehicles nationwide. I get excited about opportunities where I can make a direct impact on improving the company's operational efficiency, safety, and bottom line. I love to network with new people, you can reach me at Nisius1005@gmail.com.
