My entire career has been about managing people and performance, and the challenge to get employees engaged to help drive results. I truly enjoy working with people. Whether it is contributing in a meeting with business partners, facilitating a new training program, or simply walking the front lines and getting to know the employees, developing relationships built on respect and trust are an important part of my day. I am experienced in Labour Relations, administering and interpreting a CBA, Performance Management, Coaching, Change Management, Recruitment, Health & Safety, and managing WCB claims and an Early & Safe Return to Work Program. I have analyzed and created action plans for Employee Opinion Surveys, facilitated New Hire Orientations, as well as various Corporate training programs, including Continuous Process Improvement.
