I am currently a senior claims examiner at Utica National Insurance, specializing in commerical claims and garagekeeper claims. I have spent the past 7 years of my working career trying different industries and developing new skill sets. I am experienced in documentation, researching and public speaking. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Each job I’ve had so far required developing customer service skills and being able to adapt in any situation. I spend a lot of my free time playing card games like Magic the Gathering, researching the best decks to play to reach the top ladders. The “best” deck changes every season and you’re always required to adapt to every match based on your opponent and the situation. I am always looking for a challenge, learning something new or looking for another adventure. If I don’t have the specific skill set to excel in a position, I can guarantee that I will put in the effort and time to ensure I would be a good fit.
