About Alli Dempsey

As a Human Resources Generalist at Americor, I support the new employee onboarding process, as well as off boarding for departing employees. I assist with back end HR Processes that include benefit processing, and assisting with ADP management. Previously at Americor I spearheaded employee engagement events, managed budgets, and collaborated closely with the Senior HR Business Partner. I also coordinated with food vendors, provided HR process support, and procured new hire gifts, ensuring a welcoming onboarding experience. Additionally, I am the founder and owner of Trailhead Photobooth, a thriving photo booth business that I initiated and strategically acquired equipment for. I oversee budget management, curate a strong online presence, and orchestrate event setups and supervision, creating memorable experiences for clients. With a BA in Communication from Boise State University, I have a diverse background that spans HR, client services, advising, and entrepreneurship. I offer a unique set of skills that include communication, engagement, organization, creativity, adaptability, and fiscal responsibility. I am excited to leverage this versatile expertise and contribute to the success and satisfaction of any organization.
