About Alli Kaila

I am a Master's student in Area and Cultural Studies at the University of Helsinki, with a strong academic focus on global crises, gender issues, and international relations. In addition to my major, I have pursued minors in Communication and Gender Studies, which have deepened my understanding of societal dynamics and effective communication in a global context. I´m interested in the world dynamics and how we can operate in the world together. Professionally, I work as a Front Desk Receptionist at Securitas, where I manage multiple business locations. Over the years, this role has helped me develop strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. I am currently completing an internship with EYP Finland, further expanding my knowledge in international youth work and intercultural exchange. I am passionate about learning, seeking new challenges, and continuously improving both personally and professionally. I am always open to opportunities that allow me to grow, contribute meaningfully, and deepen my understanding of the world around me.
