About Alli Lemon

Hey there viewer! My name is Alli, I'm a creative professional living in Denver, CO. Currently, I work as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Colorado Boulder and the Rocky Mountain College of Art & Design. I teach foundations of art and 2D mediums at both institutions. Additionally, I'm a hairstylist at Freebird Beauty Shop in Denver! While I have always pursued creative fields, my background in fine dining service taught me to be someone who goes the extra mile in everything I do. It also taught me how to relate to people, anticipate their needs, and work with them to create incredible experiences! I try to bring that energy into the classroom and the stylist chair. Students and clients have an incredibly broad ranges of needs and desires. My mission is to make them feel understood and taken care of. As an artist, problem solving and thinking outside the box are areas where I shine (I even teach a class on creative problem solving!). Currently, I'm expanding my knowledge as I complete User Experience Design training through Google + Coursera. This course work feels really natural to me and is opening up new ways to create incredible experiences for those I interact with. I'm always seeking new opportunities and ways to learn. Excited to be connected with you! Alli
