About Allie B.

I am the Simulation Manager for the Wenatchee campus at Wenatchee Valley College, where I design and lead immersive clinical experiences that prepare nursing students for real-world practice. I also teach and revise curriculum for the Washington State AHEC Scholars Program, supporting the development of future healthcare leaders in rural and underserved communities. I also work for Flatiron Health as an Oncology Data abstractor, supporting oncology research and quality initiatives.Previously, I served as Lead Nursing Faculty for the LPN to BSN program, where I helped build new courses, coordinated faculty and student schedules, and collaborated with administration to launch a pioneering pathway for advancing nursing education.Earlier in my career, I worked as an Oncology Nurse with experience in chemotherapy and immunotherapy administration, end-of-life care, These experiences shaped my commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care and the importance of preparing nurses to thrive in evolving healthcare environments.I hold a Master's of Science in Nursing from Arizona State University. I graduated from Barrett the Honors College with a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing.
