About Allie Pelham

Action Title Services, LLC is a locally owned and operated company and have been doing business in Collier, Lee and Charlotte Counties since 1988. We are underwritten by Stewart Title Guaranty and Old Republic Title Insurance. Our closing teams have extensive experience in many types of buy/sell/refinance real estate transactions including short sales, constructions loans or cash, 1031 exchanges and courtesy closings. Additionally, we service more than 200 regional and national banks and mortgage lenders. Locally, we are the preferred closing agent for several builders and developers where we act as their sole closing, escrow and disbursing agent. Action Title is one of the few companies to have an in-house title plant. It is an essential part of our organization that provides timely and accurate property information and title searches as well as complete control of the title examination, commitment approval and insuring process. Action Title has grown to become one of the largest title companies in Collier County serving a diverse clientele of builders, realtors, lenders and individuals. We look forward to working with you in the near future. Thank you for your interest in our company!
