About Allisha Hall

For as long as I can remember, starting at a young age, I have said “ all I want to do is help people”. This phrase is one that I continue and value to this day. My inherent strengths are my interpersonal skills, in everything I do I find ways to connect with people, enjoy creating relationships and develop positive rapport. Leadership has been a consistent trend in my life, I can easily take lead in groups while also appreciating and accommodating others leadership styles. I am a problem solver and critical thinker; I like to look at any situation from multiple angles and I stay level headed and patient. Assessing situations and communicating as opposed to jumping to a conclusion is how I address most situations, tasks and conflicts. Managing tasks while providing quality work is a strong skill that I have been able to develop and excel in throughout my life. The skills of responsibility, organization and being detail oriented contribute greatly to my work ethic. I put my heart into my work and how I live my life, with compassion. My experiences in travel and working with diverse populations have accentuated my cultural competency and lead me to be more open minded and understanding. These experiences are appreciated because my eyes are open with a curiosity and an excitement for life. My personal morals and values are strong, I live a life with integrity and I have high expectations and goals for myself. I am friendly, authentic and outgoing. Being loyal and trustworthy are attributes that I display in my friendships and my professional relationships. The zest I bring for life is one that I hope any employer would value in an employee and I am motivated to continue making my mark in this world.
