About Allison Basile

I believe a strong strategy, the right questions, and putting people first can change a nonprofit’s future. For more than 10 years, I’ve worked in fundraising and grant strategy, helping education and mental health organizations secure resources necessary for growth. Partners describe me as both a “big picture strategist” and someone who doesn’t miss the details—whether it’s building new systems, writing a clear and compelling proposal, or managing reporting from start to finish. In 2023, I founded Proffer Grant Consulting to partner with nonprofits navigating the complex world of corporate, foundation, and government funding.
