I have over 12 years of experience in pediatric home health, both professionally and personally, having navigated the intricacies of the industry after managing my child’s care. With almost 5 years of hands-on experience in pediatric home health, I bring a unique perspective to the operational side of the business. Throughout my career, I've managed operations across 4 locations, overseeing a team of 15 internal employees and more than 400 field clinicians. I’ve successfully led through two acquisitions and have played a pivotal role in growing the Tyler location from the ground up, transforming it from no patients to a multi-million dollar office in just 8 years. My experience includes managing a budget and overseeing P & Ls on a monthly basis, while also handling multiple state and accrediting agency audits. I thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and am dedicated to ensuring high-quality care for pediatric patients while optimizing operational efficiency. Leadership and team growth are core values for me. I take pride in mentoring and developing my team, and I’ve successfully promoted many internal candidates into leadership positions within the company.
