Allison brings a unique blend of expertise and experience in urban policy, economics, design and hands-on heavy civil infrastructure project delivery. As a people-focused professional, urbanist and systems thinker, Allison is committed to working closely with clients to develop innovative solutions for challenging urban infrastructure projects. Allison manages multidisciplinary teams of planners, engineers, design specialists on behalf of private and public clients - coordinating actively across disciplines to achieve optimum, well-rounded outcomes for development sites. Passionate about designing great cities, Allison has worked with the Sustainable Urban Infrastructure Group at the University of Toronto - where she leveraged quantitative data to promote more efficient use of our natural resources in the built environment to better inform future urban development policy.
