Growing a business is a challenge and requires a team of dedicated team members who though the experience also grow their capabilities. I’m honoured to work with a talented team who bring our products to over schools in Australia. Every day we are working hard to improve educational prosperity for all children. My journey: Utilising qualifications and experience in business law, business, finance, risk and governance, with professional knowledge gained in Australia, the US and around the globe, the last five years have been invested in giving all children the opportunity to thrive by transforming the operation of The Learning Bar Australia. Increasing revenue year on year reaching more children, and improving corporate and data governance. Our products improve educational outcomes for children, reducing vulnerabilities, allowing them to improve outcomes - reaching high to achieve prosperity. Prior to TLB I gained international experienced as a transformation manager delivering growth through attention to excellence in operations, good governance and project management. Having delivered several key transformation projects, including the development and implementation of the Mars, Incorporated Global Legal Team. The transformation program includes numerous work streams, BlueSky organisational design, negotiation across business segments, the transformation of legal e-billing globally and professionalising the Corporate Secretary. Culminating with being nominated for the global Make the Difference Awards by the General Counsel for the Financial Transformation of the Mars Global Legal.
