About Allison Bonser

Allison (Allie) Bonser is a People Data Strategist within Gensler’s Human Resources team, collaborating with leaders around the firm and around the world to affect real, substantive, and effective change within Gensler’s regions, offices, and studios. Through research and practice she has developed a keen understanding of the role of learning within the workplace and the impact on the user experience. Allie works closely with interdisciplinary teams to employ collaborative and creative processes that explore the physical, social, and cultural aspects of the built environment and organizational culture. With a background in interior design, user research, and learning development, Allie is able to promote equitable programs that foster deep learning for all and re-imagines the next generation of learning and work experiences.
